For this project, The Catering Innovation Agency installed a top-of-the-range Palux cooking suite, delivering exceptional performance, efficiency, and reliability in the hotel’s kitchen. More recently, the team also upgraded the hotel’s laundry facilities, further enhancing operational efficiency and supporting the high standards the hotel is known for.

With its picturesque setting, friendly service, and continued investment in quality facilities, Minella Hotel remains a standout destination in the heart of Tipperary.
