Catering Innovation Agency installed a Palux FunctionLine Cooking Suite, a modern and highly flexible cooking solution designed to maximise performance within a busy kitchen environment. The cooking suite was configured to suit the workflow of the space, enabling chefs to operate with greater precision, speed, and control during peak service times.
The introduction of the Palux FunctionLine has significantly enhanced the overall efficiency of the kitchen, while also improving energy usage and ease of maintenance.
