We were delighted to work with Bodega Café in Galway to design and fit out their kitchen with high-performance equipment suited to their busy café operations.
Cava Bodega is a great example of the international trend for good, ethical casual food in a shared environment—where tapas is passed around the table in a relaxed, communal style, creating a social and engaging dining experience.
For this project, CIA installed the Palux Topline, a flexible and modern cooking solution that brings together efficiency, reliability, and ease of use. This equipment allows the kitchen team to prepare a wide variety of hot and cold dishes quickly and consistently, supporting both everyday service and peak periods.
The result is a functional, long-lasting, and easy-to-use kitchen that helps Bodega Café deliver high-quality food while improving workflow and overall efficiency for the team.
