Project Description

We are very proud to have been selected to carry out the design and installation and the fit-out of the kitchen at Hayes Hotel in the heart of Thurles. Hayes Hotel is a well-known landmark overlooking Liberty Square in Thurles. It is rich in history and widely recognised as the birthplace of the Gaelic Athletic Association.

The project required high standards in equipment, efficiency and overall finish to support the hotel’s busy food and beverage operations. The CIA installed Palux high-performance kitchen equipment, ensuring the kitchen and bar work smoothly and are durable for the long term.
