Located along the iconic Salthill Seafront, Salthill Hotel offers breathtaking views of Galway Bay and the Clare Hills. Our team at CIA recently collaborated with the hotel to enhance their culinary experience, bringing innovation and efficiency to their kitchen while maintaining the style and warmth their guests expect.

We included the installation of high-performance equipment from Palux, Lamber and a Mam Forni pizza oven, and other essential kitchen equipment. This kitchen upgrades ensures flexibility, ease of use for kitchen staff and supporting everything from daily service to private dining and large events.

With the upgraded kitchen, Salthill Hotel can consistently deliver high-quality dining experiences, allowing the team to create unforgettable meals that match the hotel’s seaside style.
