Honestly Farm Kitchen

Opened in August 2022, serving ingredients sourced from their organic farm, CIA and Honestly worked to design a kitchen and shop/foodhall to maximise the ethos of the business i.e great sustainably produced ingredients + efficient ergonomic design kitchen = long lasting success and happy customers !

Palux Topline cooking suite combining both electric and gas elements mounted on Palux refrigeration units and finished with Palux induction salamanders form the main engine of the kithen.

Rilling Refrigeration units work with Merrychef High-speed Ovens in the snack area.

Ware-washing by Lamber throughout the kitchen,bar and food-hall areas.
