Project Description

CIA Design of complete Palux FunctionLine cooking system, incorporating unique CNS steak grill and pan. Energy efficient, 20kW, induction range and “Variolift” salamander. Market leading Touch ‘n Steam combination oven has capacity for 14 x GN 1/1 on 11 kW load. Frying combines Palux Fry Star/FunctionLine and pasta boiler is self filling/draining .

Dishwashing is by Zanussi with Guaranteed Rinse System and Sanitization.

CIA design and fitting of bespoke stainless steel sinks, cupboards and preparation areas.
