Located in the lively town of Naas, Facchino’s has become a go-to destination for quality Italian dining and café experiences, offering fresh, handmade dishes that delight both locals and visitors alike. Since opening, the restaurant has built a reputation for exceptional food, service, and a warm, inviting atmosphere.

To support its growing operations and maintain the highest standards across the kitchen, CIA carried out a comprehensive equipment upgrade at Facchino’s.

The installation included cold room and freezer, ensuring optimal storage and freshness for all ingredients. A new canape station and electric oven were added to expand cooking capabilities and streamline preparation. Lamber dishwashers were implemented to provide reliable, efficient ware washing, while display counters and cabinets were introduced to enhance presentation and service flow.
