Project Description

The multi award winning, Brabazon Restaurant, is set in the “Garden Village” of Tankardstown House in County Meath.

The remit, to create a cooking suite which allows the customer to experience the function of a fine-dining kitchen. The unique nature of this concept fits ideally into the CIA/Palux philosophy of ergonomic design, seamless joined units, creating the perfect setting to showcase the skills of the Brabazon Restaurant team.

The Palux suite of matching combination ovens, induction hobs and grills, mounted on refrigeration units by Rilling allows the showcasing of the culinary skills of Chef Johnny Sarkozi and his team.
