Project Description

Having opened its doors in 2011, the multi award winning Ballyfin Demesne has achieved worldwide acclaim and ranks as one of the top hotels in the world.

Upgrade works on the kitchen began in late 2019 and the project was complete during January 2020.

CIA specified the Palux Maitre as the centrepiece of the kitchen, combining all elements of the cooking process with perfect hygiene and ergonomic design.

Induction hobs, “plate recognition” Salamanders, efficient refrigeration and Combination Ovens, all from Palux, ensure Ballyfin continues to provide the ultimate in service.
